Our vision goes beyond the physical design as we seek to combine environmentally sensitive techniques with ethical working practises. Providing all our clients, both private and commercial, with the highest standards of service no matter what the requirements. Private Projects: Instead of including the cost of designs in the final construction price, we charge a small upfront fee for the design and survey (approximately 4% of the estimated construction cost). Our design service offers unrivalled value for money and each customer is presented with a comprehensive bound portfolio. This document includes, a full design brief and building specification, fully itemized quotation and estimated construction schedule, a scaled floor and site plan(s) and set of 3D computer rendered design images, providing a photo-realistic image of the tree house or lodge before it is built.
